Writing clarifies thinking, and I need all the clear thinking I can get on my journey to passive income. That's why I write about everything I'm thinking and doing on this blog.

I'm a software engineer in Providence, RI. I've been working on front-end design systems, design tools, and direct-to-consumer e-commerce sites for almost seven years.

I'm studying and writing about:

• Real estate investing
• Audience-building and content promotion for a book I wrote
• High-level strategy for achieving financial independence, including finance and investing strategies (I am not a financial advisor, yada yada)
• Assorted code nerdery (for example, I recently set up i3 on Ubuntu and am blown away)
• Genuinely intentional living

My goal is to publish content frequently, but not on a schedule. I'm going to publish good, important updates, so that when I post something, it's because I have something worth saying.
